Comfort in the heart of Taipei
The location was prime, nestled near Ximending, with access to shopping and dining. The staff's hospitality made each interaction pleasant, showcasing their commitment to service.
The breakfast options were limited and repetitive, leading us to seek meals outside.

There was the very good breakfast and we liked the location as well.
The room was recently refurbished and functional with an electric kettle and refrigerators. The spacious bathroom was the best.

Good location if you want to experience ximenting.
Booked a room with description of a sofa bed. This is important as we are travelling with my 13 daughter. On checkin were told none of their rooms have sofa beds. Extra beds are also not available. Changong to another bigger room also is of no help as no extra beds is available. To mitigate the problem, they offer me a mattress protector and a blanket to sleep on the floor. Said they will find an alternative the next day. Well they didnt offer us any alternative the next day and we also cant be bothered anymore. Have this feeling their occupancy is always very high and their focus seems to be be achieving operational efficiency rather than service.

Had a great time at Inhouse! Awesome location in Ximen made exploring super easy. The staff was super helpful, and our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent, but could use more variety. A solid choice!

I loved the whimsical decor throughout the hotel. It really added charm and character to my stay. The location in the Ximen district is perfect-just a short walk to the subway and surrounded by food stalls and local eateries. My room wassuper clean and cozy, with a nice King bed that I appreciated after long days of exploring. The shower setup was puzzling, and I found myself struggling to get it just right. The breakfast offered a decent Asian selection, but I felt it lacked variety after a few days, so I sought options outside. I enjoyed my time here, but a few adjustments could enhance the experience.

Beautifully designed hotel, the idea of having suite was great. The breakfast was very good with the extra coffees, so much to pick from. There were comfortable beds and an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen television inside the room

The design of the room quite spacious and luxury.
Breakfast has a limited variety and it's the same during our 4 days stay with Inhouse. The corridors were too dim not suitable for young and old as may not be able to see the pavement well.. Just that the hair dryer short circuited and exploded in front of my face which is kinda scary as there were few sparks from the explosion, not a very pleasant experience. Initially they offered to compensate NT600 with hotel vouchers which I did not accept because it's an uncertainty when I would be back to TW and the hotel itself. In the end, they refunded NT600 to me. I don't think they did a good job in settling the issue because somehow it shows a lack of sincerity. Overall the stay is still good just that the hair dryer spoils a little bit.

If you're a foodie, you'll love this spot! Hot-Star Large Fried Chicken and Modern Toilet are right around the corner, serving up some lovely bites. The staff are super helpful, and the cozy ambiance.
The room had a weird musky smell that lingered, and the beds were way too firm for my liking-sore back alert! Breakfast could definitely use a kick. It felt pretty bland. Still, the culinary gems nearby saved the day.

Location, clean, best toilet bowl spa feature( use it well, u can't live without it , )I would like to fit this latest technology for my home toilet. And Inhouae hotel believes in lastest and new fixtures like shower and plugs and iPod/iPhone charger, the children loves it!
No bathroom door , inconvince for anyone, sound prove bad, but I guess all hotel in xi meng are having the same problem..breakfast can start at 7 would be more ideal.

The hotel's location in Ximending is a major highlight, providing easy access to a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
The breakfast offerings were quite limited and repetitive, making it less appealing to dine in multiple mornings.

1. Friendly and warm greetings from the breakfast counter and reception staffs. 2. Responsive to suggestion and feedbacks. 3. Different room types to select. Two particular incidents that I would like to compliment: - My mobile phone charger connector was damaged, and they managed to get to rectified on the same day before my return to my room. - Mentioned to them that the carpet flooring was slightly moist and they brought in a dehumidifier right away.
Probably personal preference to have the lift car and corridor lighten up a bit, but this is the unique cafe style design concept anyway.
